Product Description

1) Function: Cutting machine is used for cutting the cream-spread and laminated wafer into required size.

Operating instruction (Observational check, electrifying check, trial run)
A: Check whether the pneumatic valve is open before start the machine;
B: This machine is synchrocontrol with Laminator transportation system, only need to connect the general supply and turn the changeover switch to automatic.

2) Working:
A: Safety switches are fixed on protection glass of the first and second cutting stations, the machine will not work if anyone is open and the indication lamp on control panel and alarm lamp above the electric case will flash.
B: Press the emergency stop button and turn the changeover switch to "manual" when failure;
C: Remove the failure, then turn the changeover switch to "Automatic" and reset the machine.
