1). Cream Mixer is a stainless steel mixer for the manufacturing of cream for the production of cream filled wafers.
2). It consists of a beater type mixing arrangements that is driven by 4.5 kW motor and the turnover system to remove the cream from the mixer is having the power of 0.55kW motor
3). Mixing time varies depending on cream composition.
4). Materials: The machine frame is made of steel with international standard and the cover adopts imported 304 stainless steel plate with thickness.
