Product Description

Smashing Machine

(1) Function:
Wafer production lines generate losses during the cutting process that need to be reused in order to reduce overall losses in the wafer baking system to 2%. This equipment is used to grind discarded wafer pieces into a reusable form using high speed blades. The pulverized powder is also used for making cream to reduce wastage. The pulverizer or grinder is made of stainless steel to maintain the hygiene of the reusable product. The grinding system is driven by a 3KW motor for high power and efficiency.

(2) Operating Instructions:
Pour wafer waste into the mixing tank until full, cover the tank and mix for 30~60 seconds. Cut off the power, open the lid when the mixing stops, rotate the tank 90°, take out the wafer powder, after sieving through 16~20 mesh sieve, it can be mixed with cream.

Soft Waffle MAKING MACHINE

Function:
1. Baking Oven is very important equipment in the waffle biscuit production line, the waffle baking system use gas for heating of the baking plates , the function of the baking oven is fully automatic from spreading batter on the plates through until baked waffle biscuits come out of the oven.

2. It can bake wide range of shape and patterns, also we can design new patterns in according to the clients' requirement . Baking is even and produces good quality waffle biscuits for next procedure.

3. In PLC there is PID controller which is used for controlling the temperature of the baking plates automatically.

2. All motor have the starting current protection and thermal overload protection, it is very easy operation for the worker.

4. After the waffle finished baking, the Needle hook machine (Needle hook cake system) rolls to the conveyor to complete the process of making the waffle biscuits.
